This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines for refunds and cancellations related to Concept Unclear’s Products (“CUP”), including but not limited to, digital products and digital services hosted on our website. By using our offerings, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below and implicitly agree to the broader terms outlined in our:

These terms apply to all users of Concept Unclear’s Products (“CUP”), including vendors, buyers, customers, merchants, browsers, and contributors of content.

DEFINITIONS
Owner, Us, we: The “Owner” refers to the creator, operator, developer, or publisher of “CUP” (Concept Unclear’s Products), which includes the website conceptunclear.com, its contents, digital products, and digital services. Terms such as “Concept Unclear,” “Owner,” “Us,” “We,” “Our,” and other first-person pronouns collectively refer to the Owner, as well as all employees and affiliates associated with the Owner.
You, the User, the Client: Throughout these Terms of Use, second-person pronouns such as “You,” “Your,” and “Yours” specifically address the user of the Concept Unclear’s Products (“CUP”). The term “User” or “You” encompasses both natural persons and legal entities accessing the Concept Unclear’s Products (“CUP”). “Your” is interpreted accordingly.
Parties: Collectively, the parties to these Terms of Use (the Owner and You) will be referred to as Parties.
Products of Concept Unclear OR Concept Unclear’s Products (“CUP”): This category includes, but is not limited to, the website conceptunclear.com, its contents, digital products, and digital services own or developed by concept unclear. Throughout these Terms of Use, term either “Product(s) of Concept Unclear” or “Concept Unclear’s Product(s)” or abbreviated as “CUP” address the owner own material or product.
Concept Unclear’s Product (Free) which includes
- Digital Products: Free Version of All Software under Freemium Model
- Digital Services:
- Website is the primary platform that hosts and provides access to both our Digital Products and Digital Services.hile the website itself is free to use, it serves as a gateway to our Digital Products and Digital Services.
- We offer a variety of free learning resources to support knowledge enhancement. These include, but are not limited to:
- Videos
- Audio content
- Blogs and articles
- Online Tool
- Our online file conversion tool allows users to convert images from WebP format to JPG/PNG formats efficiently. This service is provided completely free of charge and does not require any registration
Concept Unclear’s Product (Paid) which includes
- Digital Products: Pro Version of All Software under Freemium Model
Licence Key: An alpha-numeric code issued to you by the owner at your request, required to use any version of any software on a device. It comprises two components: Activation Key and Access Key.
Version: This refers to version of Software comes under the “CUP”. Terms such as Features, Version and Mode collectively used to describe version of software
REFUND
Concept Unclear’s Product (Free) : Refund is not applicable to Free-CUP.
Concept Unclear’s Product (Paid): Paid-CUP, which includes only Payment for the License Key in Pro Version of Freemium Model. This License Key Fee is also non-refundable excludes the following Events.
Event-1: Failure of Software Activation: This is defined as a situation where a license key, generated against a submitted Computer Key or Device ID, does not work on the device at first instance and continues to fail even after following the assistance described in the Software Activation clause of the Access Policy.
Event-2: License Key Request Cancellation: This is defined as a cancellation request to cancel “License Key Request” within 24 hours of payment.
Refund Amount
100% of the paid amount in case of “Failure of Software Activation” and 50% of the paid amount in case of “License Key Request Cancellation”.
Conditions for Refund
- Informing us within 24 hours after receiving the license key in the event of “Failure of Software Activation” or within 24 hours of receiving your payment for the license key in the event of License Key Request Cancellation. Time is subjected to Indian Standard Time (IST).
- Verification of the Event (Failure of Software Activation or License Key Request Cancellation) by us or our team.
The Process of Verification
Applicable only if the event is informed to us within the stipulated time of 24 hours.
In the Event of “Failure of Software Activation”: Real-time software activation by us using a remote desktop connection or similar method to the device on which the software is installed, and the license key is not working.
In the Event of “License Key Request Cancellation“: By verifying your details along with time stamps of “Payment” and “License Key Request”.
Release of Refund Payment
Applicable only if we find the event true or eligible for refund.
You will be notified via email regarding your eligibility for a refund, the details of your payment amount, and your UPI ID. The refund will be credited by us, and the refund amount will only be credited after your confirmation within a week of our message
The refund amount can only be credited to the user’s UPI ID received during a particular payment or to the UPI QR- code of the user if the UPI ID of the user is not received or is not working.
Upon confirming your account details, we initiate the refund process within 2–3 working days. However, please note that the actual crediting of the payment may take additional time, as it depends on the banking system over which we have no control.”
CANCELLATION
While there is no payment involved for our free products (Free-CUP), we believe in transparency. If you wish to discontinue using a free product, you can simply stop accessing it. No formal cancellation process is required. We appreciate your interest in Concept Unclear’s offerings!
For Paid CUP, there are two conditions, as below:
- License Key Request Cancellation: Users can cancel their license key request within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Non-Usage Refund: Once the license key is issued, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to its one-time purchase nature, except for failure of software activation as described above.
EQUAL IMPORTANCE
All policies (including the terms and conditions, access policy, refund and cancellation policy, and privacy policy) are considered equally significant. In the event of any conflict arising due to differences in language, grammar, interpretation, or any other reason, the owner reserves the right to interpret and justify the intended meaning.
Changes to The Refund & Cancellation Policy
We may update our Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund & Cancellation Policy on this page.
You are advised to review this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund & Cancellation Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
