DEFINITIONS
Owner, Us, we: The “Owner” refers to the creator, operator, developer, or publisher of “CUP” (Concept Unclear’s Products), which includes the website conceptunclear.com, its contents, digital products, and digital services. Terms such as “Concept Unclear,” “Owner,” “Us,” “We,” “Our,” and other first-person pronouns collectively refer to the Owner, as well as all employees and affiliates associated with the Owner.
You, the User, the Client: Throughout these Terms of Use, second-person pronouns such as “You,” “Your,” and “Yours” specifically address the user of the Concept Unclear’s Products (“CUP”). The term “User” or “You” encompasses both natural persons and legal entities accessing the Concept Unclear’s Products (“CUP”). “Your” is interpreted accordingly.
Parties: Collectively, the parties to these Terms of Use (the Owner and You) will be referred to as Parties.
Products of Concept Unclear OR Concept Unclear’s Products (“CUP”): This category includes, but is not limited to, the website conceptunclear.com, its contents, digital products, and digital services own or developed by concept unclear. Throughout these Terms of Use, term either “Product(s) of Concept Unclear” or “Concept Unclear’s Product(s)” or abbreviated as “CUP” address the owner own material or product.
Version: This refers to version of Software comes under the “CUP”. Terms such as Features, Version and Mode collectively used to describe version of software
Concept Unclear’s Products (“CUP”):
Digital Products
Concept Unclear develops and provides Software on a Freemium Model.
Software of Concept Unclear: Internal Mark Calculator (IMC) | My Hospital Records (MHR)
Freemium Model: It means availability of free as well as paid versions of the same software. Concept Unclear develops paid software of the freemium model as a pro version.

Licence Key: An alpha-numeric code issued to you by the owner at your request, required to use any version of any software on a device. It comprises two components: Activation Key and Access Key.
The validity of the License key is Not Permanent or Not Lifetime. It will be issued for a specific time duration for specific purpose as per below.

License Key Acquisition
- Download software from this website only if the software-specific environment is fulfilled on your device.
2. Install Software on the device and Get Computer Key.
Computer Key: This is a unique number and serves as an identifier for the specific installation of the software. Software Serial Number is tied to device hardware and/or software and generated automatically after installation of the software on a device by Software itself, and with that, you also agree to the terms outlined in the EULA (End User License Agreement) of the respective software. 3. Follow the step as per your selected version of software.
A. Free Version – 30 Days
Submit Software Name, Computer Key, Your Name & Email Address in License Key Request Form to get an Activation Key for 30 Day Validity
B. Free Version – 365 Days
Submit LKR-ID in License Key Request Form to get an Activation Key for 365 Days Validity
License Key Request ID (LKR-ID): This is a unique ID generated by the owner to identify the user in communication and for the owner’s personal management purposes only. LKR-ID is unique for user and selected software.
This is required to get the 365-Day Free Version as well as to get Activation Key and Access Key after Payment for PRO version.
This will be issued to the user along with Activation Key for 30 Days Free Version OR along with Payment Acknowledgement Mail after receiving payment for the PRO version.
C. Pro Version
To Get Pro Version user have to follow the steps as per below
- Request QR Code to make payment for PRO version: Submit Software Name, Computer Key, Your Name Mobile Number & Email Address in License Key Request Form to get QR Code
- Make a Payment to the details received in QR Code.
- Request Activation Key: Submit LKR-ID and UTR Number in License Key Request Form to get an Activation Key for 365 Days Validity.
- Generate Device ID: Select Activate Pro Mode in About Tab of Software after Activation
- Request Access Key: Submit LKR-ID and Device ID in License Key Request Form to get an Access Key.
UPI QR-Code: This is the QR-Code for the UPI payment method provided by Us. The user can pay the license fee just by scanning a code without using any banking credentials for payment.
Device ID: This is also a unique number and serves as an identifier for the specific installation of the software. Device ID is tied to device hardware and/or software and generated automatically after activation of the software on a device after user action to activate Pro Mode in About Tab of Software. and with that, you also agree to the terms outlined in the EULA (End User License Agreement) of the respective software.
License Key Issuance Process
A license key will be issued and provided through official email, but only after verification of the request. It will not be issued for invalid requests, and the owner reserves all rights to verify and justify each request.
- Free Version
- First Request: The Activation Key (30-day validity) and LKR-ID will be provided within 2–3 working days after receiving the request.
- Consecutive Request afterwards: The Activation Key (365-day validity) will be provided within 2–3 working days after receiving the request.
- Pro Version
- UPI-QR Code (for payment) will be provided within 2–3 working days after receiving the request
- LRK-ID and Payment Acknowledgment will be provided within 2–3 working days after receiving and confirmation of payment
- The Activation Key will be provided within 2–3 working days after receiving request after verification
- The Access Key will be provided within 2–3 working days after receiving request after verification
Software Version Switch
Switching of Free Version to Pro Version is possible only after following the procedure of steps of License Key Acquisition Steps as mentioned above. On Switching user will get new time validation of licenses key.
Limitations
- License Key Validation
- The issued license key is specific to, and valid only for, the selected (by you) Freemium Mode (free or pro) and the chosen Software Version.
- The license key works only on a single device for which the software serial number is submitted in the request form. The license key will no longer work if the software serial number (which is provided in the request form) is changed and You are solely responsible for it.
- License Key Issuance Process
- We strive our best to provide the license key as per the above-mentioned time. However, delays may occur due to various reasons, and we do not assume liability for such delays.
- Activation Key and Access Key will be issued or provided once for the request. It is recommended to save both type of key as per your need
- License Key Fee
- The License Key Fee covers only the acquisition of the license key itself and does not include any post-purchase services, maintenance, warranty, or ongoing software support. The owner of Concept Unclear is not responsible for providing support related to the software against the payment of the license key.
- Pro Feature Activation
- Access Key is mandatory to enable Pro features in Software. You are sole responsible to acquire the Access Key from us by providing Device ID as described above in License Key Acquisition
Software Activation
Software can be activated by pasting/entering Activation key in space requesting to enter Activation Key in particular installed software. For assistance in Activation, you can contact at support@conceptunclear.com. Similar is applicable to the Access Key to Activate Pro Feature after activating the installed software
In Some unresolved conditioned of software activation, you may be asked for Remote Desktop or any other similar method to solve query or problem of activation of software or Pro function, and you are agreeing and responsible to support us or team for the same. We reserve all rights in assistance for activation inclusive but not limited to method and time of support.
Digital Services
Concept Unclear provides the following digital services, all accessible free of charge through our website:
1. Website Platform
Our website is the primary platform that hosts and provides access to both our Digital Products and Digital Services. While the website itself is free to use, it serves as a gateway to our Digital Products and Digital Services.
2. Learning Materials
We offer a variety of free learning resources to support knowledge enhancement. These include, but are not limited to:
- Videos
- Audio content
- Blogs and articles
3. Online Tool
Our online file conversion tool allows users to convert images from WebP format to JPG/PNG formats efficiently. This service is provided completely free of charge and does not require any registration.
EQUAL IMPORTANCE
All policies (including the terms and conditions, access policy, refund and cancellation policy, and privacy policy) are considered equally significant. In the event of any conflict arising due to differences in language, grammar, interpretation, or any other reason, the owner reserves the right to interpret and justify the intended meaning.
